Emmanuel Quiroz Martínez is México-Native Houstonian (He/Him/El). Graduated from Pasadena High School and then went on to San Jacinto Community College to get his associates degree and served as student government president in 2014-2015. After graduating from college, Emmanuel went on to finish his bachelors degree at The University of Texas at San Antonio. During his time at UTSA, Emmanuel got involved with First Gen club and was a key student in starting the first Dreamers Resource Center in the state of Texas. Emmanuel is currently pursuing his Masters at Salem State University and is a Program Manager for the Educator Scholars of Color.
